Chief Executive Officer

IMG_4067 As Chief Executive Officer, Steve Hosaflook is responsible for establishing the strategic vision that drives our product development, consulting services, and our assistive technology assessments.

Mr. Hosaflook has advised clients in a wide range of industries and has extensive experience in managing projects of various sizes in diverse domains and environments. As a serial entrepreneur, his core area of work is bringing new and innovative products and companies to market.

Together with the Chief Technology Officer, Steve shapes the unified vision of our mission and the technology offerings that is the essence of Tiwahe Technology.

As a certified Assistive Technology Specialist, Steve establishes our assessment procedures and offerings. He received his BS in Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology and his MS in Accounting from Kennesaw State University.

Chief Science Officer
Dr. Gillian Hayes is Chief Science Officer at Tiwahe Technology and the Kleist Professor in Informatics in the School of Information and Computer Sciences and in the Department of Education at UC Irvine. For the last ten years, she has been designing, developing and evaluating technology solutions to support individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other chronic health conditions. At UCI, she directs the social and technological action research (STAR) group. Dr. Hayes is a fellow in the University of California Center for Collaborative Research for an Equitable California.

As Chief Technology Officer, Gillian is responsible for identifying and prioritizing our development initiatives. Dr. Hayes sets the tone and direction for Tiwahe’s research division as well as our technological offerings. Along with the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Hayes leads the company’s strategic planning from a technological perspective while ensuring that our customer focused offerings and consulting services exceed community expectations. Dr. Hayes received her BS in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University. She completed her PhD in Computer Science in the School of Interactive Computing at Georgia Tech.
